The senior site engineer will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and budget adherence for residential interior projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to work with project teams and communicate effectively with clients. Roles & Responsibilities - Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity - Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address challenges - Prepare and present design concepts and updates to clients - Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards - Mentor and supervise junior designers and project staff Educational Qualification: - Bachelor s degree in Civil/Mechanical etc. or a general degree (B.Sc./B.Com.) We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at VM Modular in Hyderabad The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, a passion for the interior industry, and a keen ability to build relationships with customers You will play a critical role in driving sales growth by engaging with clients, providing showroom tours, making estimates, and following up on leads Working closely under the Senior Sales Executives and with the guidance of the Sales Manager, you will be an essential part of our sales team, contributing to the overall success of the company Key Responsibilities: - Work under the direction of the Sales Manager. - Conduct phone calls and showroom tours to engage potential clients and provide comprehensive information about our interior solutions. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients over the phone and other communication mediums. - Handle cold calling and build a network of prospective clients. - Facilitate seamless communication with clients, understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions. - Make accurate estimates based on client requirements and product specifications. - Conduct site visits for measurements and site showcases. - Follow company procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. - Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and generating new leads. - Stay updated on industry trends and interior design products to communicate value propositions effectively and continuous learning to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and nurture relationships. Qualifications: - A bachelor s degree is required; an MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior industry. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Proactive, results-driven, and willing to make cold calls to generate new business. - Ready to conduct in-person showroom tours and engage clients directly. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be based in Hyderabad and ready for an in-person role in Balanagar.
