Job Description

Position: Senior Site Engineer
Experience: Minimum 10 years in site execution and coordinationKey Skills & Responsibilities (On-Site):Day-to-day supervision of all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP-related worksStrong knowledge of site execution methods, sequencing, and coordination with MEP servicesChecking and interpreting drawings, resolving discrepancies, and giving site-based solutionsMonitoring manpower, materials, and progress to ensure timely completion of worksPreparing and verifying bar bending schedules, measurements, and daily/weekly progress reportsCoordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth site executionEnsuring quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to specificationsAttending client/PMC/site meetings and providing timely progress updatesLeading and guiding junior engineers, supervisors, and foremen for effective work executionAssisting in material reconciliation, subcontractor billing, and site documentationQualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
