Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the assigned construction activities and ensure smooth execution at the site.
• Possess sound knowledge of SOR (Schedule of Rates) and IS (Indian Standard) Codes.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with Government Departments and consultants.
• Thorough understanding of building works and construction processes.
• Expertise in drawing study and interpretation of structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Ensure compliance with site safety norms and company standards.
• Provide necessary clearances and instructions to skilled/semi-skilled workers for task execution.
• Prepare detailed micro plans for assigned tasks and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned site responsibilities.
• Report work progress and daily activities to the immediate Project Manager.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment at the site.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with workers, contractors, and department engineers.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and site coordination activities.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams to ensure design and execution alignment.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for construction works.

Conduct technical and feasibility studies and prepare blueprints that meet project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably in Government works.
* Technical Skills:
# Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. # Understanding of SOR, IS codes, and BBS preparation. # Strong site supervision and coordination abilities. # Excellent communication and team management skills.

Work Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
