Senior Site Engineer

As a Supervisor overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various settings, your role will involve managing a team of 15 to 50 insulation workers. You will be responsible for ensuring quality work, adherence to specifications, and overall project efficiency. Your understanding of different types of insulation and estimation of material quantities will be crucial to the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee insulation workers" activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. - Inspect work to verify conformance to specifications and maintain high-quality workmanship. - Estimate, plan, and requisition necessary materials and supplies for projects. - Demonstrate techniques to new workers and potentially provide safety training. - Compile production and worker performance reports, as well as daily progress reports on projects. - Identify and resolve installation process issues to ensure timely project completion. - Prioritize safety by ensuring proper equipment use and adherence to safety regulations. - Ensure all work meets relevant codes and industry standards. - Assist in estimating costs for insulation projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Basic knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). - Experience in the Insulation Sector would be advantageous. - Industrial Contracting Work Experience of 1-2 years is a must.
