Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities,

coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and driving project execution as

per timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on

experience in large residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

 Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per

drawings and specifications.

 Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth

workflow.

 Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

 Implement safety and quality standards on-site at all times.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

 Check reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works as per project

standards.

 Ensure materials used meet quality parameters and reject substandard material.

 Maintain site inspection records and adherence to safety norms.

3. Planning & Coordination

 Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project managers for technical

clarifications.

 Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports.

 Plan material requirements and ensure timely availability on site.

 Assist in preparing BOQs, material requisitions, and work schedules.

4. Technical Expertise

 Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, plumbing, electrical

coordination, and civil engineering processes.

 Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

 Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions.

5. Team Leadership

 Guide junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.

 Ensure discipline, productivity, and safety compliance among the workforce.

Skills Required

 Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction practices.

 Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.

 Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to supervise multiple activities and deliver under pressure.
