Driver has to go for purchasing material and to deliver it all our site
Coordinate with site engineers and Project managers to understand Material needs. Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays. Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service and delivery timelines. Collect quotation from multiple vendors for required materials. Prepare price comparison and sheets and get approval from management. Create and issue Purchase Order as per approved quotation and materials specs. Negotiate prices, credit terms and delivery schedules with suppliers. Track and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials at sites. Handle replacement or returns for damaged or non-compliant materials. Collect invoices and delivery challans from vendors. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports.

Basic computer Knowledge - MS Excel ,Digital Records. Inventory Management - Tracking incoming and outgoing stock, Maintaining accurate stock records. Organization skills - Proper placement of materials, systematic storage and labelling. Attention to Details - Verifying quantities and quantity of materials. Record Keeping & Documentation - Goods Received Notes(GRN)& Issue slips, stock reports.
Physical and Mental fitness. Good eye sight and hearing.(Drug-Free and Medical fit as per transport regulations.) Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (LMV/HMV). Expert in Operating Heavy vehicles (Trucks, Eicher ). Patience and discipline while driving long hours . Good communication skills(Tamil) for coordination with supervisors and Staffs. Documentation Handling - (Ability to manage logbooks, trip sheets, delivery notes) Check and updating vehicle documents(RC, Insurance, Permits) Vehicle maintenance (vehicle inspection and routine maintenance) Knowledge of rules and safety(Good understanding of road safety rules and traffic signs). Visit local markets or vendor locations to collect materials as per purchase order and ensure all materials are delivered to site/store without damage or delay.

Preparation of BOQ, rate analysis & cost estimation for civil projects. Preparation of RA Bills(Running account bills) & final Bills. Preparation & verification of subcontractor / vendor bills. site measurement & reconciliation of materials . Preparation of tender documents & assisting in bidding process. Monitoring project cost, budgeting & reporting to management. Strong knowledge of estimation, billing & costing in civil projects. Hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel(Mandatory). Material reconciliation reports (cement, steel, aggregates). Knowledge of IS codes, CPWD / State PWD specifications. Good communication & negotiation skills.
