Job Description

Required Skills : Technical Skills - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance - Familiarity with condition-based monitoring tools. Troubleshooting & Repair - Ability to quickly identify, diagnose, and repair machine malfunctions. Computer Literacy - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and reporting tools. Safety Awareness - Experience using lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols. Communication Skills - Ability to communicate issues clearly to supervisors and team members. Time Management & Flexibility - Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or be on-call. Key Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance - Lubricate, clean, and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance. Machine Repairs - Diagnose mechanical problems and replace or repair defective parts Emergency Repairs - Respond to urgent breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Installation of Equipment - Assist in assembling and installing new machinery . Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and repair documentation. Collaboration & Communication - Work with engineers, production staff, and other technicians. Compliance & Safety - Follow company safety procedures, wear PPE, and ensure work environment safety.
