DIVA Projects is a trusted name in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development. As we expand into large-scale infrastructure assignments, we are looking for a Senior Site Engineer with strong expertise in PWD and Highway projects to lead execution and ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise site execution for PWD and Highway works as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with government officials, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor roadwork, drainage, culverts, bridges, and allied structures for quality and safety
• Prepare and review site documentation, DPRs, and billing-related records
• Ensure timely progress, resource allocation, and problem resolution at site
• Guide junior engineers and labour teams to achieve project milestones

Requirements:

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PWD and Highway works (mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of road construction techniques, specifications, and standards
• Experience in handling contracts, billing, and site management for government projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Tamil and Hindi preferred

Salary: Attractive, based on experience and expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
