Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer – Plotting to oversee and manage all on-site plotting works, including layout, execution, leveling, boundary marking, and infrastructure planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plotting, land development, and civil works execution, ensuring timely delivery within quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day plotting and land development activities. Manage site layout, leveling, marking of plots, and infrastructure development (roads, drains, water supply, etc.). Coordinate with surveyors, architects, contractors, and vendors. Ensure that all plotting and civil works adhere to government approvals, layout plans, and project timelines. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on work status. Verify and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, designs, and quality standards. Monitor manpower and material usage at site. Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are met on-site. Liaise with local authorities for inspections and approvals as required. Resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in plotting, site development, or real estate civil execution. Strong understanding of land surveying, plotting layouts, and civil execution. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage a team of site staff and contractors.
