Senior ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with the ServiceNow Platform Manager, other developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and efficiently implement them. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with team members to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Ensure solutions are scalable and meet business requirements. - Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Lead technical discussions and design sessions. - Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. - Assist in routine maintenance, upgrades, patching and testing on the ServiceNow platform. - Configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts of new applications and modules. - Support data owners with data visibility, validation, and cleanup. - Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow solutions. - Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow processes and configurations. - Conduct training sessions for end-users and other developers. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities. - Continuously improve and optimize ServiceNow solutions to enhance performance and user experience. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its core applications. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations. - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications, ITIL Foundation - IT Service Management Certification. - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules. - Prior experience in a similar role.
