The ServiceNow P3 Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, EA, WSD, IRM (Any 2 modules or more) and Integrations. The role requires hands-on implementation experience, strong understanding of ITIL processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

  • Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using:
  • Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules
  • Flow Designer & Integration Hub
  • Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs
  • Build/maintain forms, tables, views as required.
  • Enhance existing modules and troubleshoot platform issues.

Integrations

  • Develop and maintain integrations using:
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • MID Server
  • Integration Hub spokes
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure data integrity.

ITSM / Other Modules Expertise

  • Configure, develop & implement modules such as across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, EA, WSD, IRM and Integrations. Ensure alignment with ITIL standards and Enterprise architecture.

Quality & Documentation

  • Write technical specifications, test plans, and user documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
  • Support UAT and deployment processes.

Collaboration

  • Work with product owners, and architects to understand requirements.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve platform utilization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Strong JavaScript and GlideScript skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory), exposure to any of these 2 modules: ITOM/SPM/WSD/EA/IRM will be good.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow update set migration, instance management, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required.
  • CIS-ITSM – required.
  • ITIL Foundations certification – preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
