Role Overview: At Teradata, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead the development of server-side and client-side scripts, collaborate with architects to ensure scalability, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. - Build and extend modules of Service Now for both customer facing and employee facing portals. - Lead the design and development of server-side and client-side scripts, UI policies, business rules, and catalog items. - Develop integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP, Certinia, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on ServiceNow coding standards and delivery practices. - Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain platform governance. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring stability and compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for ServiceNow delivery. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior/lead developer role. - Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS). - Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and REST/SOAP API integrations. - Experience building custom applications on ServiceNow App Engine. - Familiarity with platform upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization. - Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum/SAFe) and backlog-driven development. - Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus Certified Application Developer (CAD) Additional Company Details: At Teradata, we prioritize a people-first culture, embrace a flexible work model, focus on well-being, and are committed to fostering an equitable environment that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
