*Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide APIs.
*Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
*Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
*Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
*Experience with Service Portal development and customization.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
CSM (Customer Service Management)
Experience: 36 years preferred, up to 8 years
Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience configuring agent workspace, contacts/accounts, dashboards, and reporting specific to CSM.
Common Issue: Avoid profiles with only CSM keyword and no actual project experience
