Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Service Executive to oversee technical operations, guide service coordinators, and ensure smooth functioning of branch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple service-related tasks and maintain records efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Train and guide in-house service coordinators on technical issues, spare dispatch, and chamber upgradation.

* Prepare performance reports of engineers and submit them to the Area Service Manager.

* Check and verify engineers’ vouchers before submission.

* Maintain data of customer feedback and service analysis reports for the entire branch on a yearly basis.

* Monitor and maintain training records of engineers.

* Prepare and manage monthly attendance sheets of engineers.

* Verify and submit monthly incentive data to the Area Service Manager.

* Maintain records and supporting documents for incentive disbursement.

* Provide weekly MIS data and update pending repair orders.

* Maintain service reports and monitor engineers’ IERP call logs daily.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or related field (preferred).

* 3–5 years of experience in service operations, coordination, or technical support.

* Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

* Ability to lead a team and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

* Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.

**Terms & Conditions:**

* The candidate must serve the agreed contract term.

* In case of early termination, a penalty equivalent to three months’ salary will apply.

* The employee should not join any client of the company directly after employment termination.

* Company reserves the right to withdraw employment if performance or conduct is unsatisfactory.
