Senior Service Delivery Manager

As a Senior Delivery Manager at Smart Analytica, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream Big Data, Cloud, and Analytics programs. Your role will involve blending client engagement, technical delivery leadership, and data management expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. - Serve as the primary delivery contact for large clients, translating business goals into delivery plans and measurable outcomes. - Anticipate challenges, propose options, and align decisions with client expectations. - Provide timely status, risk, and variance reporting to clients and internal leadership. - Manage revenue assurance and participate in account mining and growth. - Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple concurrent data and analytics initiatives. - Build executable plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. - Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing corrective actions to protect timelines and quality. - Lead and mentor project leads, managers, data engineers, and analysts. - Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. - Guide technical choices using strong data management experience. - Institutionalize best practices for Agile delivery, quality assurance, and engineering hygiene. - Stay current with advancements in Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI. - 18+ years in IT services with a focus on Big Data, Cloud, and Analytics. - Proven track record running large, complex programs to completion. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Working mastery of delivery frameworks and tooling. - Practical knowledge of major clouds and modern data platforms. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and measurable KPIs. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Big Data, Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Project Management preferred.,
