Senior Service Delivery Manager

As a Senior Delivery Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale testing engagements across multiple clients, domains, and technologies. Your deep expertise in testing lifecycle management, quality assurance strategies, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership will be crucial in ensuring high-quality delivery of testing services, meeting SLAs, managing risks, and driving continuous improvements. Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end testing delivery for one or more clients/projects, ensuring adherence to test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, resourcing, timelines, and delivery KPIs, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and governance requirements. In terms of team and people management, you will lead distributed testing teams, provide mentorship, career guidance, and performance management for team members, and manage workforce planning, recruitment, and training initiatives. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients on testing delivery, build strong relationships with client stakeholders, and conduct regular governance meetings and reporting sessions. You will be tasked with defining and implementing testing best practices, frameworks, and processes such as Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, driving automation, performance engineering, and test data management strategies, as well as identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively. Furthermore, you will contribute to RFPs, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for new testing opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align testing with business goals, and champion innovation and transformation in testing delivery, including AI/ML in testing and shift-left approaches. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, have a proven track record managing large testing programs, possess a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps principles, be familiar with tools like JIRA, ALM, Selenium, UFT, LoadRunner, Tosca, TestRail, and exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model is also preferred. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as PMP, CSM, ISTQB Advanced, SAFe Agilist, experience with testing in cloud, data, or ERP environments, and exposure to AI/ML-driven test automation and quality intelligence platforms.,
