Senior SEO Expert / Analyst (Team Lead)

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO Expert / Analyst to lead our SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Advanced SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI-powered SEO, and Local SEO. This role requires someone who can manage and mentor a team, stay ahead of the latest algorithm updates, and drive sustainable growth in organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the SEO team, ensuring best practices and high-quality output.
• Implement AEO strategies (People Also Ask, featured snippets, voice search optimization).
• Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to improve rankings and traffic.
• Manage and optimize Local SEO campaigns (Google Business Profile, local citations, maps ranking).
• Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly practices.
• Build and maintain a high-quality backlink profile.
• Ensure technical SEO health of websites (crawling, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals).

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Expertise in AEO, AI SEO, and Local SEO strategies.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• High-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing SEO for multi-location businesses.
• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
