• Digital Agency Experience, handling multiple clients & teams
• B-Tech, MCA, MBA or Post Graduate with Project, Team & Process Management experience
• Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of SEO & Social Media Clients

Skills Required

• Proven 5+ years work experience as Senior SEO / Team Lead / SEO Specialist or in similar roles

• Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple Projects / Tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and direct the SEO and Social Media Team Leads and team-members reporting to you.
• As a Tech savvy person, you need to manage projects, clients, teams, tasks, timelines effectively.
• Need to Communicate effectively with offshore Project Managers and Management
• Formulate and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings, search traffic and deliver ROI for clients

• Manage, Monitor and improve SEO performance and optimization efforts

• Perform competitive analysis to identify missing opportunities, create a strategic plan, test the new strategies and scale it to all clients

• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations to foster further client growth

• Professional experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Media Platforms. Expert Google Tag Manager Implementations

• Derive insights and ideas from the Google Analytics & Analytic Platforms to plan the Strategies backed by data.

• Experience in working with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, BrightLocal etc

• Keep abreast of the latest Digital Marketing Technologies, Google Updates, SEO tools and techniques and communicate learnings to team members and non-SEO experts in a mentoring role

• Collaborate with different teams, such as web design, web development, QA and PPC teams as required.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
