Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
Monitor security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and respond to incidents.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards.
Enforce company security policies and procedures.
Investigate and report security breaches, incidents, and irregularities.
Provide support during emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical situations, or evacuations.
Maintain and update security logs and incident reports.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding security and safety.
Train new security staff and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Good verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of surveillance systems and emergency response procedures.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to critical situations.
