Securities Operations Associate Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate Manager

In this role, you will:

• Manage a team of specialists in transactional tasks ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations
• Provide support for being a first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
• Ensure team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path and related activities for direct reports
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Lead and optimize end-to-end life cycle of a customer experience, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades, settlements, Money Movement, Tax Operations etc.
• Drive operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: o Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple geographies.o Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Risk & Compliance: o Ensure robust controls are in place to manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.o Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to maintain a strong control environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: o Function as a key liaison with internal business units, custodians, counterparties, and regulators, as necessary.
• Technology & Transformation: o Partner with IT and transformation teams to implement scalable solutions.

Job Expectations:

• Should be flexible with night shift 5:30 pm -2:30 am IST.
• Education: BBA / MBA / MCOM
