Job Description

As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients. Your duties will include remotely assisting clients within service level agreements, installing and configuring software and hardware, resolving incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and following related processes such as change management. You will work in more complex environments, handling installation, configuration, and fault management tasks. Your key responsibilities will involve interacting with clients onsite to address complex solution requirements, escalating unresolved issues to third parties, responding to escalated client requests, and supporting client applications to achieve a first-line resolution. Additionally, you will be involved in writing reports and proposals, maintaining project documentation, documenting standard operating procedures, mentoring junior team members, coordinating engineers" activities, and providing support on the customer service desk. You are expected to have a seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles, project management skills, customer engagement capabilities, domain specialist knowledge, and excellent verbal communication skills. The role requires you to be client-focused, proactive in problem-solving, able to work under pressure, and proficient in coaching and mentoring team members. For this position, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology, specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems, and project management certification are desirable. You should have substantial work experience in technical implementation engineering, client engagement, project administration, report writing, and project management.
