Job Summary:

Senior SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Design scalable solutions to address the global O2C business requirements.
• Integrate with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM, and external systems (e. g. , CRM, e-commerce platforms).
• Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SAP consultants or analysts.
• Document processes, enhancements and project-related artifacts.
• Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e. g. S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, etc).
• Effective collaboration with project and business organization with strong stake holder management skills
• Ability to navigate interpersonal conflicts professionally and contribute to solutions
• Ability to communicate assertively to ensure clarity, alignment and timely decision makingQualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information technology, Business administration, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD / O2C experience in R/3 and S/4 environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module: pricing, order management, delivery, invoicing, credit management, returns, etc.
• Experience in full SAP lifecycle implementations and support.
• Experience integrating with SAP FI and MM modules.
• Understanding of EDI, IDocs, and third-party interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  SAP SD certification.
• Experience in global SAP rollouts.
• Familiarity with tools such as MFALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
• Experience working with a global team.
