SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  24/7 on-call support

  for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM modules.
• Perform

  system administration tasks

  :
• Importing transports.
• Creating and disabling users.
• Assigning and updating user permissions.
• Manage

  service requests

  related to role assignments, access issues, and permissions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve incidents and service tickets promptly.
• Ensure smooth system performance, compliance with security protocols, and minimal downtime.
• Support business users and stakeholders during critical operations.

Requirements:

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical and functional support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM modules. The internal team will monitor the ticket queue, and you will be notified via call when a ticket requires your attention, at which point you will be responsible for its resolution.

• Strong knowledge of SAP user administration, authorization concepts, and transport management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis or system administration tasks in a cloud environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules.
• Experience in a managed services or production support environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
