Lead end-to-end SAP BASIS administration for SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA & ECC.Handle technical planning, installations, upgrades & complex migrations.Manage ABAP & Java stacks including patching, troubleshooting & system setups.Provide DBA support for HANA, Sybase ASE & MaxDB backups, recovery, tuning & upgrades.Administer SAP modules: BW, Portal, CRM, SRM, CPI/IS, GRC & Solution Manager.Implement HA/DR, system replication & cutover planning for go-lives.Perform system refreshes, client copies, transport management & archiving.Drive capacity planning, system sizing & DB growth analysis.Manage change/release cycles via CHARM, SOLMAN, ITSM tools.Configure & optimize SAP Solution Manager and automation scripts (UNIX/Linux).Monitor system health using EWA, CCMS, Nagios, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, etc.Conduct RCA for performance/stability issues & ensure SAP security compliance.Mentor junior BASIS engineers & build internal documentation/SOPs.Collaborate cross-functionally with infra, security, cloud & application teams.
