Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA system support and administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on BASIS support for SAP landscapes, ensuring smooth operation, high availability, and performance of SAP systems in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on SAP BASIS support, including system administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting for S/4HANA landscapes
Manage HANA Database installation, configuration, and support
Perform SAP Solution Manager setup and administration
Manage SAP system support on Linux platforms
Handle SAP installations, system refreshes, and transports
Perform Oracle DB installation, configuration, and support
Proactively monitor system health, perform backups, and execute patching activities
Provide support for system upgrades and RISE migration activities (advantage)
Work on SAP ECS support and BTP Cloud product administration (advantage)
Communicate effectively with customers over calls and emails, delivering independent resolution of incidents and requests
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices
