Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect

  SAP landscapes

  (on-premise and cloud) based on business and technical requirements.
• Recommend and implement

  system enhancements, performance improvements

  , and upgrades.
• Perform

  SAP installations, migrations, system refreshes

  , and

  patch management

  .
• Monitor and optimize

  SAP system performance

  , ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Manage

  SAP system security, user access controls, and authorization concepts

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve

  complex SAP Basis issues

  in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain

  best practices

  for SAP administration and performance tuning.
• Develop and implement

  backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies

  .
• Conduct

  regular health checks and system performance reviews

  .
• Collaborate with

  functional, development, and infrastructure teams

  to support SAP projects.
• Provide

  technical leadership and mentorship

  to junior Basis consultants.
• Maintain

  comprehensive documentation

  for system configurations and operational procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest

  SAP technologies and tools

  to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong knowledge of

  SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, SAP Web Dispatcher

  , and

  Cloud Connector

  .
• Proficiency in

  SAP HANA Database

  ,

  Microsoft SQL

  , and related database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP Cloud Platform (BTP)

  and

  SAP Cloud Product

  .
• Expertise in

  SAP Single Sign-On (SSO)

  and

  SAML configuration

  .
• Proven ability in

  SAP system tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring

  , and

  system refresh activities

  .
• Understanding of

  network, firewall, and cloud security concepts

  .
• Strong experience with

  SAP security and authorization management

  .
• Proficiency in

  backup and recovery strategies

  for SAP systems.
• Excellent

  communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• SAP Certifications
