As part of the ongoing support and enhancement for Commercial Engineering (ComEng) to d eliver digital capabilities and tools to support Lead to Order, Order to Cash, and Customer Support experiences . In this opportunity as Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Consultant, Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is a plus About You: Designing and developing custom solutions using the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, including custom objects, fields, and workflows. Integrating the Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and applications, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and provide a seamless customer experience. Writing and testing Apex code and unit tests to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management,Case Routing,Live Agent,Omni-Channel,and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Knowledge in Live agent webchats,Role-based permissions,Team collaboration systems,Community Cloud integration,Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines. Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
