Senior Salesforce Developer

As an experienced Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce solutions and integrations. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable code and implementing best practices for code quality, performance, and security. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in delivering innovative Salesforce applications. Additionally, you will optimize existing systems, propose technical improvements, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Your participation in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and support for user acceptance testing and deployment activities will be essential for the team's success. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field; masters preferred - 6+ years of Salesforce development experience - PD-I certification (PD-2 preferred) - Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, and Visualforce - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative tools - Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations and Salesforce security features - Knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles, sharing rules) - Familiarity with Managed and Unmanaged Packages - Understanding of software development life cycles, preferably SAFe Agile methodology - Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into high-quality code - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
