Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Health Cloud Location: Velachery, Chennai (Onsite Only) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 6+ years Work Mode: On-site only Work Timings: Male Candidates: 12 PM – 9 PM Female Candidates: 11 AM – 8 PM About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry . This is a client-facing, onsite role based in Chennai, requiring a blend of deep technical skills and strong business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to life sciences and patient services needs. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with other platforms, supporting call center technologies, and ensuring adherence to healthcare data privacy standards (PHI). This role demands someone who can translate business requirements into scalable solutions and manage projects end-to-end within strict timelines. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud. Collaborate with business and IT teams (including Patient Services) to gather and analyze requirements. Build and maintain integrations using web services and APIs. Align Salesforce solutions with pharma business goals and patient support services. Support call center telephony and related technologies. Translate technical concepts into business terms for stakeholders. Manage and prioritize Health Cloud enhancements and feature rollouts. Stay current with Salesforce Health Cloud updates and best practices. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly. Ensure compliance with industry best practices, especially PHI privacy standards. Required Qualifications Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Mandatory). In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, Apex, and Visualforce. Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Health Cloud . Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using HTML, CSS, and APIs. Experience supporting call center operations in the pharma domain. Strong grasp of pharmaceutical industry workflows and patient service models. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and deliver within timelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
