Senior Salesforce Developer

As a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Your proactive approach will be essential in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems, participating in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and optimizing existing applications for improved performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. - Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules. - Optimize applications for performance and user experience. - Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices are followed. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. - Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or direct point-to-point integrations. - Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices. - Proficient in development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and Change Sets or SFDX. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprints. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (mandatory) and Platform Developer II (preferred). - Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is a plus. - Relevant cloud certifications like Salesforce Administrator or App Builder. - Experience in working with managed packages or AppExchange products.
