About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the transportation or logistics industry, with the ability to generate new business and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and target new customers requiring transport and freight services. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure high service satisfaction, and identify repeat or upsell opportunities.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Understand client requirements and offer the most suitable logistics solutions.
• Coordination with Operations: Work closely with the operations team for vehicle placement, delivery updates, and customer feedback handling. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prepare daily/weekly reports, and provide regular feedback to management.
• Market Awareness: Monitor freight trends, competitor activity, and market developments in the trucking and logistics sector.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Logistics).
• Strong knowledge of Kolkata & Eastern India transport network, freight rates, and market.
• Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi & English.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
