Senior Sales Officer

Role Overview: At Kenvue, we are seeking a Senior Sales Officer for the West Bengal region. As a part of our global team, you will play a crucial role in managing sales activities, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales goals through product line growth and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Manage territory effectively to drive business results and optimize distribution structure - Oversee RDS Management including return on investment, JBP, and infrastructural capability development - Handle RDSSM Management by setting objectives, managing performance, training & development, and RSR/CAT management - Lead administrative tasks such as sales reporting, engagement outcomes, expense reports submission, etc. - Accountable for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding the product line within existing customers - Negotiate, close orders, and prepare quotes - Schedule appointments with clients to expand market share - Provide necessary information and support to secure sales - Collaborate with other departments to support in achieving objectives - Develop sales of new products and explore new selling areas - Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and identify areas for improvement - Share field intelligence with the company for business and product planning - Review sales performance against objectives and adjust focus to meet sales goals - Study and fulfill territory coverage plan to meet set goals and recommend adjustments as required Qualification Required: - Education: Graduation required, MBA preferred - Years of Related Experience: 5-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales Additional Company Details: At Kenvue, we offer a competitive Total Rewards Package which includes salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
