Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager at Vizraama Resort, a premium villa resort near Udaipur, you will play a pivotal role in leading our villa sales operations. Your primary responsibility will involve managing leads, coordinating site visits, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client service to our discerning clients. You will lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, oversee the usage of CRM for lead tracking, coordinate with clients for property visits and presentations, build strong relationships with potential buyers, and report performance metrics to the Director. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in high-value real estate or hospitality sales, possess strong negotiation and closing skills, demonstrate proven experience in leading a sales team, and be familiar with CRM tools.
