Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with walk-in customers and wholesale clients to identify needs and recommend ideal tile and marble products.
• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of materials including ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, natural stone, marble slabs, granites, and decorative wall claddings.
• Prepare accurate quotations, handle inquiries, and close sales effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends, innovations, and market pricing.
• Manage major wholesale accounts with a high level of professionalism.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Support showroom presentation, product displays, and inventory organization.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
• 10+ years experience in sales, preferably in tiles, marbles, construction materials, or building supplies.
• Strong knowledge of tiles, marble types, and installation practices is highly desirable.
• Proven sales record and ability to handle both retail and wholesale customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Familiarity with billing/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of POS, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Highly organized, enthusiastic, and driven by results.
• Knowledge of reading plans or BOQ (Bill of Quantities) is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
