Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with walk-in customers and wholesale clients to identify needs and recommend ideal tile and marble products. Provide expert guidance on a wide range of materials including ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, natural stone, marble slabs, granites, and decorative wall claddings. Prepare accurate quotations, handle inquiries, and close sales effectively. Build and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, and homeowners. Stay up-to-date with new trends, innovations, and market pricing. Manage major wholesale accounts with a high level of professionalism. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Support showroom presentation, product displays, and inventory organization. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum: Graduate in any discipline. 10+ years experience in sales, preferably in tiles, marbles, construction materials, or building supplies. Strong knowledge of tiles, marble types, and installation practices is highly desirable. Proven sales record and ability to handle both retail and wholesale customers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Familiarity with billing/POS systems and Microsoft Office. Strong relationship-building skills. Working knowledge of POS, CRM systems, and MS Office. Highly organized, enthusiastic, and driven by results. Knowledge of reading plans or BOQ (Bill of Quantities) is a bonus.
