Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Calicut region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B or technology sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of software or IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/software sales or technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software products, IT solutions, or enterprise technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
