Senior Sales Manager –Learning Management System (LMS)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – LMS to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the Learning Management System domain. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B SaaS experience and deep understanding of the EdTech space, who can drive strategic sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and closing

· Identify and target enterprise clients in the education and corporate training sectors

· Consultatively sell LMS solutions based on client needs

· Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction

· Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

· 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in LMS sales

· In-depth knowledge of the LMS market and client challenges in education/training

· Proven track record of closing high-value deals

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
