Senior Sales Manager

Job Description : The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, team management, and client relationship development. The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in financial product sales (Loans, Insurance, Investments, or Advisory Services), who can lead teams, generate business, and ensure achievement of targets with excellence and integrity. Key Responsibilities : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to achieve business objectives. Drive sales of financial products – Loans, Insurance, Investments, and Advisory services. Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through B2B channels. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Conduct client meetings, field visits, and presentations to promote products and services. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular reviews. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical business practices. Coordinate with the operations and back-office teams to ensure smooth client servicing and documentation.
