Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified and self-generated leads
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Understand client needs and propose suitable units
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, offers
• Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong follow-ups and convert prospects
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM
• Assist new sales team members with guidance
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, operations, and channel partners
• Stay updated on project details, inventory, and market trends

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

• Monthly/quarterly sales numbers
• Conversion rate (lead → site visit → booking)
• Number of site visits conducted
