Key Activities/Elements 1. Sales Management • Accountable to drive revenue and sales growth in assigned region • Service existing accounts and win orders • Identify & win new accounts by developing target account lists, account profiles and sales plans • Develop a complete understanding of local buying influences, geographic area, customer requirements, competitor activity, market share targets, developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage and sales revenue goals through successful implementation of sales strategies and development of tactical plans. • Participate in direct calls and lead in presentations to customers/consultants on products & services • Maintain personal contact with major customers/consultants to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved 2. MIS • Report on sales performance including sales forecasts, bookings, competitor activity, customer needs • Plan inventory for respective region, of the right product mix, in order to service customers in a timely manner. • Track and share knowledge of competitor activities, products, systems, services, prices, and other marketplace conditions to capitalize on market opportunities. 3. Market Development • Represent the company by participating in local trade shows. Conduct business brief, product / solution update, technology development to target audience - architects, consultants, end customers, influencers etc. • Drive technical competency among customers on CPV principal products, by working closely with technical support team through trainings and work shops 4. AR Management • Ensure all customers existing and new, are evaluated on specified financial guidelines • Follow up on outstanding payments
