Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager at H.R. International, you will lead a team of digital marketers, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance across all digital channels. Your primary focus will be to increase the reach and engagement of our online presence, particularly through social media, search engines, and content marketing. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team to execute strategies aligned with business goals
• Increase reach and visibility of H.R. International’s digital platforms (web, social media, etc.)
• Plan and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Coordinate content creation, including blogs, social posts, and video content
• Monitor trends, competitors, and digital innovations to keep the brand competitive
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, HR, design) to align marketing efforts
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across digital touch points

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven team leadership
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and content strategy
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hub Spot, or similar
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
