Job Description

As a Sr. Manager / AGM - Sales in the Sales department at Navi Mumbai, reporting to the Business Head in the domain of Distribution & Domestic Warehousing, your role will involve: - Managing day to day operations and bridging the expectations of new clients by advising key stakeholders with cost-effective changes. - Designing solutions, conducting business feasibility analysis, monitoring customer service, and handling escalations. - Designing integrated solutions including warehouse storage, CFS, custom clearance, first, middle, last-mile transportation, value-added services in plant management, freight, etc. - Conducting thorough market analysis and advising stakeholders on business opportunities, changing market conditions, challenges, and providing resolution/solutions.
