About The Role:

Role & responsibilities

• Targets:

  Consistently achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to overall business growth.

• Lead Management:

  Work on leads provided through the company CRM. Call, engage, and qualify prospects.

• Client Engagement:

  Pitch project details, understand client needs, handle objections, and build rapport.

• Meetings & Visits:

  Invite clients for office meetings or schedule/conduct site visits to showcase the project.

• Sales Closure:

  Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.

• Documentation

  : Ensure smooth processing of all paperwork and client documentation.

• CRM Discipline:

  Maintain accurate and timely updates of every client interaction with notes and call recordings.

• After-Sales Relationship:

  Build long-term trust and client satisfaction post-sale.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate or MBA with 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  
• Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
  
• Ability to handle objections with confidence and convert potential leads into long-term clients.
  
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about achieving targets.
  
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
