Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals and build long-term customer relationships. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base, Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG, Retail, edible Oil Industry, Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of products and market trends. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools, etc.). Fluent in and Hindi/English. Experience in B2B and retail sales
