Position: Senior Sales Role – Flat Products (CR Coils)

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Role to lead and grow our Cold Rolled (CR) Coils business in the Delhi NCR region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, established industry connections, and the ability to shape strategies that drive sales, profitability, and long-term customer relationships. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of the CR Coils segment and play a key part in strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
● Take end-to-end ownership of sales and profitability for CR Coils in the Delhi NCR market. ● Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and capture new opportunities.
● Build and maintain long-term partnerships with OEMs, fabricators, traders, and end-users.
● Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and credit terms, ensuring win-win outcomes. ● Monitor competitor activities, demand-supply trends, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
● Work closely with senior management on business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and reputation.
Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the CR Coils/Flat Products segment.
● Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR steel market and established customer network.
● Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
● Skilled in relationship management, communication, and negotiations.
● Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Engineering (MBA preferred but not essential).
● A self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
