As a seasoned Senior Sales Role for the Cold Rolled (CR) Coils business in the Delhi NCR region, your role will involve taking end-to-end ownership of sales and profitability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, leading negotiations, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with senior management on business planning and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to enhance visibility and reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of sales and profitability for CR Coils in Delhi NCR. - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share. - Build and maintain partnerships with OEMs, fabricators, traders, and end-users. - Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and credit terms. - Monitor competitor activities, demand-supply trends, and customer needs. - Work closely with senior management on business planning and growth initiatives. - Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the CR Coils/Flat Products segment. - Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR steel market and established customer network. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently. - Skilled in relationship management, communication, and negotiations. - Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Engineering (MBA preferred but not essential). - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives. The company offers health insurance and provident fund benefits. The work location is in Gurugram, Haryana, and the ability to commute/relocate is required.
