About the Executive Education Vertical

The Executive Education vertical focuses on delivering high-quality, industry-aligned upskilling programs for working professionals and senior executives. This division caters to learners seeking career advancement through specialized certifications, leadership programs, and domain-specific courses. It operates as a premium business unit with a consultative sales approach, strict SLAs, and high service expectations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strong people manager who can independently drive the Executive Education vertical. This role demands complete ownership of team performance, disciplined execution, and the ability to scale revenue through effective coaching, lead management, and process oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

    4-5 Program Counselors

    and

    1 Team Lead

    to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Oversee

    lead allocation and distribution

    to ensure maximum conversion and optimal team productivity.
  • Drive sales discipline through regular performance reviews and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain strict control over the

    full sales cycle

    from enquiry handling to enrolment closure.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to monitor lead quality, volume, and campaign outcomes.
  • Track daily dashboards, KPIs, and process adherence.
  • Train and upskill the team on product knowledge, sales strategy, and objection handling.
  • Ensure a superior student experience through consultative and solution-oriented interactions.
  • Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Inside Sales/EdTech Sales, with

    minimum 2 years managing a team

    .
  • Proven ability to drive revenue targets with high accountability.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior experience in Executive Education or Higher Education sales is preferred.
