Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence. Hunt new business opportunities and nurture relationships with developers, EPCs, and C&I clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to align sales efforts with broader company goals. Stay ahead of market trends, policies, and competitors move to seize opportunities. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead negotiations with clients, oversee contract management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and expand the business network. Software Skills: Salesforce, Sales Navigator, SAP, Power BI or a similar one.
