About Us: We are a leading manufacturer of solar street lighting solutions, committed to providing innovative, energy-efficient, and sustainable lighting systems for public, industrial, and commercial use. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales and build strong customer relationships in the solar lighting segment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar street lighting sector. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and participation in relevant events. Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting solar street lighting products to government agencies, contractors, infrastructure companies, and other relevant sectors. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently and profitably. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Collaborate with the technical, marketing, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA preferred) Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solar energy, electrical, lighting, or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of solar street lighting and renewable energy solutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Willingness to travel as needed.
