Job Description

VARDHAN SOLAR Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Mentor and support junior sales staff, as needed.
